The new release includes capitalization-table management functionality that enables users to create, manage and report capitalization and shareholder events as a core element of ClearFinancials®. Shareholder transactions including equity investments, recapitalization events, shareholder consolidation, option pools and exit strategies can be modeled, stored and queried for easy access. The new feature provides company managers with the ability to clearly communicate the orientation of the capital structure through dashboards or reports that can be organized by investor, security type, invested value, number of shares, diluted ownership or investment round.

The release of the ClearFinancials® capitalization table concludes an aggressive new-feature release schedule for 2007. The capitalization feature meets the needs of capital providers that wish to better organize and maintain investment and co-investment transactions. In addition, the capitalization table is now included as core functionality in the ClearFinancials® CFE, Corporate Finance Edition geared for ClearMomentum target market customers that range between $100 Million and $1 Billion in annual revenue.
