Kevin is a General Partner in Trillium Group, LLC; a Rochester, New York based private equity firm that has invested in ClearMomentum. There he serves as a portfolio manager for the Trillium Lakefront Partners III Fund and often acts as interim CEO/CFO to many of the firm’s portfolio companies.
Kevin’s background includes extensive finance and business development activities. His professional experience began as a CPA with Price Waterhouse/Coopers in Rochester New York and the Firm’s national office, where he worked with numerous companies with a principal focus on emerging growth opportunities. In 1987 he was recruited to head financial planning group for Eastman Kodak’s Bio-Products Division. There, he helped spin off the business into an international joint venture and became the Chief Financial Officer of the new entity, Genencor International, Inc. Following Genencor, Kevin worked as a management consultant to a NYC investment bank.

Kevin holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of Financial Executives Institute. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Auction Direct USA, AccuMED Technologies, Inc., ClearMomentum, and Lumetrics Inc. He also serves as a trustee for Cloverwood Development, Rochester Senior Services, Cobblestone Creek Country Club and is a member of the Business School Advisory Board of Niagara University.
